Changes to our Standard Form of Agreement
To ensure that our contract terms remain fair and consistent with the new Trade Practices Amendment (Australian Consumer Law), we have updated our Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA) which forms your Agreement with us.
Both the current and revised Standard Form of Agreement (full and summary) are available below for comparison until 1st September when the revised version becomes active. This notification is also included in the 'In the news' section on all customer invoices issued in August.
